Ensemble Contraste

'It was an evening in May 2020, just after the lockdown. Thus was born this concert in which we wish to share our universes and intermingle our musical notes'.

Arnaud Thorette, Johan Farjot (Ensemble Contraste) and Albin de la Simone have known each other for ten years, through the studios and records they have recorded. Yet they have only shared the stage on rare occasions. For the first time, these three musicians with singular backgrounds get together to mix their repertoires. Classical music, French chanson, original compositions and new songs: these friends play with each other.
