His quest for perfection led him to receive advice from illustrious violists such as Tabea Zimmerman, Antoine Tamestit, Tatjana Masurenko, Miguel Da Silva and Lawrence Power.

Manuel is a laureate of the Fondation Banque Populaire and was named Révélation Classique Adami in 2017. Since 2018, he has been Artistic Director of the Just Classik Festival in Troyes and in 2019 he will found the Arnold Trio alongside violinist Shuichi Okada and cellist Bumjun Kim.
