Trio Zadig

This week marks an important milestone for Trio Zadig, with the official handover of the 1707 'Charles Castelman ex-Marquis de Champeaux' Stradivarius to Miclen LaiPang, violinist with Trio Zadig, an ensemble associated with the Queen Elisabeth College of Music. This golden-period Stradivarius, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and prestigious history, is entrusted to Miclen for a period of three years. As Miclen expressed it, “ Playing on an instrument of such extraordinary beauty and historical significance is both an immense honor and a profound responsibility.” This reflects the confidence and support of those who made it possible.
