Quatuor Leonis

MUSICAL COMEDY SHOW

Avi, Juillet 2014

The Quatuor Leonis have pulled off a double Eclisse totale in the run-up to Christmas in the Orne region (France). Join them at the Halle aux Toiles in Alençon this Sunday December 22nd at 11am and again at 4.30pm!

Armed with diplomas from the most prestigious conservatoires in France and the rest of the world, and having spent over 10 years touring the classical music scene, the 4 musicians of the Leonis quartet will spend 1 hour in a veritable musical eclipse, carried away by their wheelchairs, playing and dancing at the same time, tightrope walkers on their strings, in a burlesque and poetic universe.

In an atmosphere worthy of the greatest rock stages, the show ends with the audience on its feet and conquered, proof that classical musicians too are sometimes capable of unleashing passions. Halfway between Philippe Genty and the Quatuor, Manu Kroupit's crazy world, like the moon obscuring the sun, will transform these classical angels into music-hungry wolf garocks.
