In this concert for children, Gaëlle retraces the history of the guitar, exploring the different repertoires and specific features of each era on her modern guitar. The starting point is the vihuela, followed by the baroque guitar (with five courses) and the guitar's cousin, the lute.
Then we move on to the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, with the great guitar composers, not forgetting a stopover in Brazil, with a presentation of popular and classical music.
Combining anecdotes about the composers, explanations of organology and references to her personal journey, Gaëlle shares her passion for the guitar.
