PERCUSSION TRIO

Night

Night

Featuring singer Fredrika Stahl

Night is a sensory journey into the heart of suspended time, a nocturnal voyage where the boundaries between eras dissolve in the wake of resonances. From the baroque refinement of Henry Purcell to the contemporary echoes of Fredrika Stahl’s repertoire, the programme weaves an intimate and luminous constellation.

The SR9 Trio deploys its unique ensemble of instruments — marimba, vibraphone, glockenspiel and prepared piano — in dialogue with Fredrika Stahl’s voice. Together, they create a theatre of sounds and nuances. The works become landscapes, the timbres become living matter, and the night itself seems to breathe.

Between heritage and invention, Nuit evokes an imaginary world of wakefulness and dreams, where each piece opens a door onto the invisible.
