Agathe Peyrat (biographie courte) Voix et ukulélé

Agathe Peyrat’s career is defined by a unique freedom of expression. Although her identity was rooted from an early age in the rigors of classical music, the soprano quickly chose to break free from academic constraints and chart her own course.

Her interest in interdisciplinarity has led her to cross-disciplinary projects that blend theater, opera, and song. Thriving in the fusion of genres, she immerses herself in the creative process of producing works in which she serves as singer, actress, and performer in the broadest sense. She has thus staged works by Flora Détraz, Jeanne Candel, Jeanne Desoubeaux, Laëtitia Guedon, and Samuel Achache.

In the realm of song and recital, she is a songwriter for the group Inglenook and collaborates with ensembles such as Les Lunaisiens, La Symphonie de Poche, Les Apaches, and Miroirs Etendus, among others.

Her artistic freedom reaches its peak in her duo with accordionist Pierre Cussac: together, they bring classical music and song to life with the same energy, united by a radiant curiosity and a taste for unexpected encounters.
